Everest: 40 floors up at the One Financial Place Skyscraper. Its been called one of the finest restaurants in Chicago by more then one reviewer! Rich French cuisine, a comprehensive wine list, and work-of-art desert offerings. The service and the ambience are all first rate. Signature Room at the 95th: You wont find a restaurant much higher than this in Chicago, or anywhere for that matter! This contemporary American dining room is on the 95th floor of the John Hancock Center, the standout high-rise of the Chicago skyline. Steak, lobster and lamb are featured, if you can keep your eyes on the plate and not out the window!
