After all, it is still the workplace and so you want to keep things festive and yet mature at the same time.
However, if you have a really nice boss and your fellow employees are as into the holidays as you are, then you can go as far as you want, just remember that you still have work to do and so you don' t want to go too overboard in the decorating scheme.
